On Thursday 9/17/09, the Supreme Court of Mississippi handed down its ruling in our case:
Disposition of the case: AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED AND REMANDED IN PART...
...which means both sides won something, and Plaintiffs have an opportunity to re-engage the opponent in Chancery Court.
